After you receive the confirmation email for your order, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.

For orders of 600 TL and above, shipping is free, and deliveries are provided by Aras Kargo.
During the delivery of the product by the courier, please check the product with the courier present. If there is any damage to the product, please do not accept the product or make a report with the courier regarding the damaged product. You can send us the report via email. Damages related to the courier that are not reported on the spot will not be accepted after delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 days using your right of withdrawal. In this period, return requests for products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged will not be accepted.

After sending your return or exchange request via WhatsApp at 05389577885 or by email to hello@cagearts.com, you will receive an informative email.

Once your request is approved, you just need to ship the product to the provided address. If there is a defect in the product, the shipping cost will be covered by us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product you are returning.
RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return and exchange the products you have purchased within 14 (fourteen) days without opening the package, using, or damaging it, provided that you pay the shipping fee. Products that have been opened, lost their new condition, or have been used will ABSOLUTELY NOT be accepted for return and exchange.

Please make sure the address you have entered into the system is accurate. Your address is printed with special printers and affixed to your package. There will be no address confusion or sending to the wrong address. We do not accept responsibility for incomplete or incorrect addresses. The duration of the process depends on you; please enter your address accurately, including details like neighborhood, street, building name, etc.

Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the shipping company, weather conditions, and road conditions. Shipping companies are closed on official holidays, and your product will be shipped on the first business day.


If the couriers cannot find you at your address, they will keep your product at the branch for 3 DAYS. If you do not pick up the product, it will be returned to us. You are responsible for tracking your package. The round trip shipping costs for products returned to us without being received will be deducted from your refund. Please do not neglect to track your products.
