By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that, by confirming the order subject to the contract, they will be obliged to pay the order subject amount, additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, if any, and acknowledges that they have been informed in this regard.

In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below will express their written explanations opposite them.

SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or on behalf of or on behalf of the person offering the goods,

BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

SITE: The internet site owned by the SELLER,

ORDERER: A real or legal person who requests a good or service from the SELLER's internet site,

PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,

CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,

GOOD: Movable property subject to shopping and non-material goods such as software, sound, image, and similar prepared for use in electronic media.

**SUBJECT**

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the qualifications and sales price specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the website of the SELLER.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

**7.1.** The basic characteristics of the goods/products/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER's internet site. If a campaign is organized by the seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign. It is valid until the campaign date.

**7.2.** The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

**7.4.** The shipping cost, which is the shipping cost of the product, will be paid by the SELLER.

**GENERAL PROVISIONS**

**9.1.** The BUYER, by accepting this agreement, acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and informed themselves about the basic qualifications of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, and the payment method and delivery on the SELLER's internet site, that they have received the necessary confirmation electronically before the distance sales contract is established, the address to be given by the SELLER before the establishment of the distance sales contract, the basic qualifications of the products ordered, the price of the products including taxes, payment, and delivery information, and that they have confirmed this electronically.

**9.2.** Each product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the SELLER's website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product cannot be delivered to the BUYER during this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.

**9.3.** The SELLER, the complete and properly in accordance with the qualifications specified in the contract, guarantees that it will deliver the product subject to the contract, together with the warranty documents, user manuals, and if any, assembly and operating instructions, to act in accordance with the standards, to protect and increase the quality of the service, to show the necessary care and diligence during the performance of the work, to act with caution and foresight, and to fulfill the requirements of the legal regulations completely and properly, and to perform its activities in accordance with the rules of honesty and integrity.
